Mentor Community & Confidentiality Terms

Mentors must protect mentee privacy, maintain professional boundaries and use information only to support the agreed mentorship relationship.

Required conduct

• Keep mentee conversations and personal information confidential.
• Never share a mentee's story or information without permission.
• Do not request or access coursework, attendance, payment, support or other private records.
• Do not harass, discriminate against, exploit or pressure a mentee.
• Follow the Community Guidelines and report safety or privacy concerns promptly.
