Recruiter & Employer Data Use Terms

Recruiters and employers may use member information only for legitimate recruiting and employment purposes allowed by Catalyst Hub and by the member's visibility choices.

Required conduct

• Do not scrape, sell, bulk-download or redistribute member information.
• Do not create an outside database of Catalyst Hub members.
• Do not use member information for spam, unlawful discrimination or unrelated purposes.
• Do not bypass privacy settings or attempt to access private learning, contact, support or account records.
• Protect any information a member intentionally shares and delete it when it is no longer needed.
